Humble French Food On the Upper East
Little Frog Bistro & Bar will serve a classic French menu when it opens on the Upper East Side on Wednesday. The one thing it won’t serve? Frog. “Probably down the road,” said owner Francois Latapie, with a laugh. The name comes from a desire to sound French, humble (hence the “little”) and above all something “that we can spell in English without people torturing the name,” he said.
